Psychological effects of marijuana

     Marijuana cracked dried flowers and leaves of hemp plant Cannabis sativa of a green, brown and gray features. Youth regularly smokes marijuana to feel good. Marijuana remains the most consumed drug in the world functions as a hallucinogen; a substance which distorts how the mind perceives the world in which you live. Usually it smoked like a cigarette, but can also be smoked in a pipe, mixed with food or prepare tea.
     This has an effect on the central nervous system. This happens by the addition of TCH in fatty tissues affecting the speed of a nerve impulse. Because of this perceptions are altered, interference is experienced in learning, memory, concentration and behavior. Marijuana has varying effects on all people. In some cases when this substance dependency is created it tends to develop much anxiety and in turn the need to use substances with stronger effects.
Other effects, according to the NIH (National Institute of Health), include:
  • Feelings of panic, anxiety and fear
  • Hallucinations
  • Increased heart rate
  • Trouble concentrating
  • Decreased ability to perform tasks that require coordination
  • Decreased interest in completing tasks
     Finally, the person must know himself before exposure to drug use. Investigate you about a subject is always important and more if this will have an effect on your own body.
