Mental illness

       What is mental illness? Does it really exist? Is denoted that the mental illness incorporates several types of disorders in humans, one cognitive and emotional disorder or behavioral. This causes the basic psychological processes being affected such as emotion, motivation, feeling, and learning among others. Creating that a person alter the recognize reality or simply adapt to living conditions. Mental illness is classified as a disorder because the disorder is a psychological pattern subject to clinical interpretation that is associated with distress or disability, producing abnormal behavior.

       Many mental illnesses are manifested by physical or mood disorders, completely different from someone who enjoys good mental health. Among the most common are: the stress occurs when a person is faced with difficult situations to lead, causing anxiety, distraction, worry and tension. The depression, it is caused by the loss of something or someone, some disappointment, alcohol or drug abuse among others. Usually they are unhappy, lose interest in life, sleep little, and have suicidal thoughts. On the other hand, anxiety, panic and phobias cause fear, increased concern, the person experiences pain, tremors and fainting. On the other hand, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) causes the person to have persistent thoughts and impulses that invade consciousness. Among the obsessions and compulsions that are suffering fear of contamination, forbidden thoughts, need to wash your hands, make sure you have closed the doors plus many others. Paranoia breeds mistrust and suspicion from others. As these types of illness mentioned there are more that equally affects the emotional stability of human. Mental illness is diagnosed by an examination by a psychiatrist, who is interested in the study of the mind human as well the evaluation and rehabilitation of diseases related to it. It can be cured or controlled with proper and strict treatment. It is clear that we are all likely to suffer mental illness throughout our lives. But this does not limit us to living a full life and optimistic
